In Control Physiotherapy is located at 104 Luxford Rd, Whalan.  We provide friendly, evidence based treatment, ensuring hands on treatment, education about your condition and the prescription of a home exercise program to ensure you know how to get the best possible outcome. Our promise to you is that you will receive individualised, friendly and compassionate care and quality treatment. Practice principal, Sandra Winterbottom has been a physio since 1990 and has been looking after the people of Mt Druitt, St Marys and Penrith since she moved into the area in 1997. Sandra and her team believe that to provide the quality service patients deserve, they need to  allow longer appointment times and better training for staff. 

Our team has grown significantly over the past few years and we are lucky to have Raj Prasad on board as our Senior Associate, as well as Judy Kennedy and Sachini Liyanage as our Junior Associates. We undertake regular team meetings so our team are all on the same page when it comes to your treatment. This means you can see any of our staff and expect the same high quality treatment. Each of our staff has a special area of interest and skill, so our receptionist can guide you to the best suited practitioner for you. Our practitioners are all highly trained, undertake regular training to update their skills and many have post graduate qualifications. All have a wide area of expertise in treating all sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.

We offer generous appointment times so you get plenty of time to discuss any issues with your personal therapist. We really listen, so we can help you work towards YOUR goals and help you to get back in control of your life.
